Via East Midlands Limited ihave announced the appointment of Matthew Lugg OBE as its Non-Executive Chairman.
Lugg joins Via, which provides highway services on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council, with more than 40 years’ experience in public and private sectors. He has held several senior leadership roles at local authorities across the country and was awarded an OBE in 2012 for services to Local Government.
The appointment of Lugg comes at a significant time of progress for highways within Nottinghamshire.
