Global programme delivery specialist Mace Consult has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Zoe Price as Managing Director for Europe, a move that signals the firm’s intent to accelerate its growth strategy and sharpen its delivery performance across the region.
Price will oversee regional priorities, operations and performance, drawing on more than two decades of senior experience in the built environment. Her background includes leadership roles at ISG, Willmott Dixon and Morgan Sindall, where she worked across both public and private sector portfolios and built a reputation for driving operational excellence.
Her appointment forms part of a wider leadership realignment. Andy Beard, currently Managing Director for Infrastructure, will focus on expanding the company’s infrastructure footprint and strengthening Mace Consult’s positioning as a specialist programme delivery partner for major national schemes.
Davendra Dabasia, CEO of Mace Consult, said Price brings “deep operational insight and delivery strength” that will support clients across all European markets and service offerings. “Her appointment marks an early but important milestone in our ambitions as we evolve as a stand-alone, world-leading delivery consultancy,” he added.
Price said she was joining the business at a pivotal moment: “Mace Consult has achieved sustained double-digit growth, driven by a focus on exceptional service for clients. I’m excited to work with our teams across Europe to widen our reach and deliver programmes that create long-term benefits for communities.”
Mace Consult’s Europe hub—home to more than 3,000 professionals—offers advisory, project and programme management, PMO, planning, cost and commercial management, and responsible business services for organisations delivering major investment programmes.
The company has recently secured prominent roles on sector-defining schemes, including acting as Programme Delivery Partner for Anglian Water’s £11bn capital programme and supporting the government’s New Hospital Programme, which aims to modernise NHS facilities across England.
Price’s appointment follows a series of senior hires within the European leadership team.
In October, Louise Sunderland and Martyn Court joined as Heads of Cities & Places (London) and Mobility respectively. Earlier this month, Rachael Saville moved from Arcadis to take up the role of Programme and Project Management service lead for Europe.
