Reflex Vehicle Hire partners up with Teletrac Navman, the connected platform for industries that manage vehicle and equipment assets, as part of its ongoing commitment to customer safety and satisfaction
After a successful initial contract, Reflex Vehicle Hire has committed to operating its entire fleet through TN360, the next generation fleet management solution by Teletrac Navman, as well as equip all vehicles with the business’ AI-powered smart dashcams and supporting hardware.
By the end of 2023, almost a third of all vehicles available to hire through Reflex Vehicle Hire will be equipped with Teletrac Navman solutions, with its full fleet of 5,500 vehicles covered by 2024.
Furthering the relationship, Reflex Vehicle Hire is now also offering Teletrac Navman’s connected solutions to its customers’ owned fleets in the UK, which is already having a positive impact on customer satisfaction and driver safety. As part of this development, Reflex Vehicle Hire’s customer service team, Drive with Reflex, will also act as the main support source for any fleet solution questions from its customers, making the customer experience seamless.
TN360 from Teletrac Navman provides connected visibility, advanced analytics and reporting, predictive insights, and enhanced safety features. Powered by artificial intelligence (AI), it delivers connected telematics functionalities in real-time, providing businesses with smart, predictive, and actionable insights, simplifying complex data and processes so customers can transform the way they work.
Teletrac Navman prioritises safety by offering a range of comprehensive features to reduce collision risks and enhance wellbeing. Through its in-cab cameras and AI-driven interface, some of the features on offer include real-time monitoring of driver behaviour, collision detection and prevention systems, lane departure warnings, and fatigue monitoring – key factors for both Reflex Vehicle Hire and its customer base.
