A key development is the creation of a Commercial & Business Development function, consolidating Business Development, Marketing, and Bid activity under one strategic umbrella to champion customer engagement.

Ian Price, Chief Commercial Officer, leads this function, driving business growth and deepening customer relationships.

Alex Lever joins as Managing Director – High-Speed Traffic Services, overseeing operations on the UK’s strategic road network, while Mick Ledden becomes Managing Director – Urban Solutions & Hire, leading urban and hire solutions.
