Ramudden Global UK Hosts ‘Get Set for Growth’ Event

Colleagues from across Ramudden Global UK and Ramudden Global came together yesterday for the group’s ‘Get Set for Growth’ event, alongside a number of invited customers.

The event centred on demonstrating the organisation’s end-to-end capability as a fully connected infrastructure safety group. Teams showcased how services — spanning in-house design and innovation, Urban Solutions, Traffic Management Services, Digital Solutions and Highway Solutions — integrate to deliver safer, more efficient work zones across the UK.

Rather than presenting individual service lines in isolation, the day highlighted how these capabilities operate as a single, coordinated offering. Bringing teams and customers together in one space enabled attendees to see the scale of the group’s operations and how its businesses complement one another. The format also created opportunities for new conversations and strengthened existing partnerships.

Central functions were also featured, underlining their role in supporting operational delivery. Customer-focused initiatives, ESG activity and the People Team were among those demonstrating how they contribute to both current performance and long-term growth.

External partners supported the event, including New Leaf Health, which delivered workplace health checks, and British Heart Foundation, which provided CPR training sessions focused on life-saving skills.

The event concluded with a clear message from the group: aligned, integrated and prepared for the next phase of growth.
