Speaking about the departure National Highways CEO, Nick Harris said,

“I would like to thank Malcolm for his service to National Highways.

“He has been an integral part of our organisation since joining as the Executive Director of Commercial and Procurement in January 2019, working closely with our suppliers and playing a pivotal role in numerous areas, from the integration of modern software and in social value, equality and diversity, to name a few.”

In response to his decision to leave the organisation Mr Dare said,

“After 5 years, I have decided to accept a new role outside of National Highways. It has been a pleasure working with colleagues across the business and wider supply chain in taking our commercial and procurement work forward.”

"Thank you to everyone for your kind messages regarding my 11th Anniversary at National Highways, and that will be an emotional last.

I will be leaving National Highways at the end of March, BUT am not thinking of hanging up my boots just yet so am pleased to announce Ollerton Commercial Consulting Ltd is now a real entity - I hope that my experience and skills are relevant to continue my journey to improving infrastructure delivery and I shall see if that’s the case ?

It’s been a tough decision and I wish to thank everyone involved in National Highways delivery and my extended network for your all support and engagement, time to move on but will be continuing my passion in helping others.😊"
