Littlewood Group Managing Director Jon Hobden to Step Down After More Than 20 Years

Littlewood Group has announced that its Managing Director, Jon Hobden, will leave the business on 5 June after more than two decades of service, bringing to a close a highly successful chapter in the company's history.

During his tenure, Jon has played a central role in transforming Littlewood Group into the UK's leading fencing contractor. Under his leadership, the business successfully navigated challenging economic conditions, expanded into new markets and delivered sustained growth, strengthening its position within the infrastructure and construction sectors.

His contribution has extended far beyond commercial success. Colleagues across the business have praised Jon's commitment to fostering a positive and supportive working environment, where people felt recognised, valued and encouraged to succeed.

Known for his approachable leadership style, Jon consistently took the time to engage with employees at every level of the organisation. Whether offering support, recognising achievements or simply taking an interest in the people behind the roles, he helped shape a culture built on respect, teamwork and pride.

As he prepares to leave the business, staff have paid tribute to the significant impact he has had on both Littlewood Group and the people who have worked alongside him throughout the years.
