BUKO Traffic & Safety has announced the official rebrand and full integration of Keltic Traffic Management, the London-based specialist that has been part of BUKO since mid-2025.
The move brings Keltic fully under the BUKO name, cementing the company’s presence in the capital and uniting the team’s regional know-how within one national brand.
This announcement marks the next step in a partnership already well established, rather than a new arrangement. Since joining the group last year, Keltic has worked closely alongside the wider BUKO business, and the rebrand now completes that journey by bringing both operations together under a single identity.
It’s a notable step in BUKO Traffic & Safety’s ongoing growth adding approximately 125 employees and contractors to the UK business. With Keltic now fully part of the group, the company is better placed to deliver consistent, high-quality traffic management across the capital. London clients will feel the difference directly, gaining access to the wider group’s resources, technology, and nationwide network.
Mark Gallimore, Managing Director of BUKO Traffic & Safety, said: “Bringing Keltic Traffic Management fully into the BUKO brand is a natural progression for our UK business. Over the past twelve months, we have built a strong foundation together, combining local expertise with the strength and scale of BUKO Traffic & Safety. This rebrand reflects our ambition to operate as one business, with one vision, focused on raising standards for safety, innovation, and service across the UK.”
Working as one unified business means BUKO can offer stronger support for roadworks, major infrastructure projects, and high-profile events across the capital. The team is pulling in the same direction, focused on pushing standards forward through smarter, more sustainable ways of working.
Damien Kelly, Managing Director of Keltic TM added “When we started Keltic, we were all about making traffic management better than anyone else in London, and everything we’ve built since has come down to the people and the relationships behind it. I’m fully behind this move to BUKO Traffic & Safety because, from the first time I met the team, I knew they shared the same values around looking after staff and delivering for clients.I’m delighted to be staying with the business as Director of the enlarged London region as we bring our teams together. Combining Keltic’s London expertise with the strength and resources of the wider BUKO Group creates a fantastic opportunity for our people and the customers who rely on us every day. I’m genuinely excited about what we can achieve together, and I’ve every confidence we’ll continue raising the bar under the BUKO name.”
The rebrand forms part of BUKO’s wider investment in the UK market. Earlier this year, the company launched BUKO Digital, an industry-first digital traffic management communications service designed to complement traditional traffic management measures and improve public engagement around roadworks and infrastructure projects.
Customers across London will continue to benefit from the same experienced local teams and trusted service, now backed by the innovation and resources of a growing national organisation and the wider European BUKO Group.
