Fears over cyclists using A47 central reservations

National Highways has warned bike users of the "danger" of using the central reservations to cross the A47.

The space is currently closed for works between Blofield and Acle but multiple cyclists have been caught taking advantage of the unsafe areas.

A spokesman for National Highways said: "Cyclists have been seen crossing the busy A47 using the central reservations.

"These are currently closed for safety reasons. Please be aware of the danger of doing this.

"To cross safely, please use the bridges at Blofield and Acle which are located at either end of the construction work."
