Dubai contractor exits Costain

Dubai-based Al Shafar General Contracting Company (ASGC) invested £25m in UK construction contractor Costain in May 2020. It was now sold its stake four years later for £38m.
ASGC withdrew through a placing of shares to institutional investors.
