Boundary Marketing & PR, the only marketing company dedicated to the highways and transport industry, is to collaborate with a new specialist company, Purple Tree Communications, to help further develop its marketing, PR and communications offer to the industry.
Boundary is a team of passionate people who help companies in the highways and transport sector to engage more effectively. It currently supports several industry providers including large corporate organisations, local authorities, SMEs and industry associations.
It offers specific services based around telling the story of what its customers do well, how they do it and why. This includes work on marketing strategy, social media, content, graphics, website development and video production, as well as help with planning industry events.
Purple Tree Communication has been set up by Natalie Geraghty who has, until recently, spent the last decade at Kier Highways, with the last five years as Head of Customer and Communications.
Natalie is a trained journalist and an accredited CIPR practitioner. She is a trained mental health first aider and speaks openly and passionately about her own mental health and wellbeing journey.
Her experience includes creating customer and communications strategies, building resilient teams, generating engaging social content, hosting and delivering events and project managing customer maturity assessments.
Purple Tree Communications will help businesses to set the right foundations before implementing any form of customer or communications activity. It will support clients to improve messaging, tell their story and communicate with purpose.
Now, Boundary and Purple Tree will combine their skills and experience to deliver a full end-to-end service for highways and transport companies looking to improve their marketing, PR, communications and customer service.
This enhanced service means customers and potential customers will now have access to a range of services delivered by experienced professionals from one SME provider.
Adrian Tatum, Co-owner and Director of Boundary Marketing & PR said: “Both Helen and I have been long-time admirers of Natalie’s excellent work. She brings a positive attitude and deep understanding of the industry to all of her work and is exactly the type of person we want to be working with to provide an even better service to our clients and future clients.”
Natalie Geraghty, Director of Purple Tree Communications added: “Great things happen when people collaborate and I’m confident in what Boundary and Purple Tree Communications can deliver. We’re here to shake things up and positively challenge businesses to honestly look at their customer and communications function. The ultimate aim is to improve on what is already on offer and deliver more effectively for end users.
Boundary and I share the same vision and values and I’m excited to get to work.”
Last week, Boundary Marketing & PR launched a new service for local authorities.
