Aggregate Industries Strengthens Concrete Business with New Senior Appointment
Continuing to strengthen its senior team, leading construction materials supplier Aggregate Industries has appointed Lee Sleight as the new Managing Director of its Readymix Concrete division and member of the company’s Executive Committee. With 20 years’ experience in the construction industry, Lee brings with him a proven track record as a leader in concrete business. Lee has held various senior leadership positions for building material suppliers and has vast experience in heavy side construction. Over the years he has developed his career in the industry in both operational and commercial roles, and most recently was Business Unit Manager for Sika Limited. Under his leadership, the company continued to grow its market share in concrete, while steering the business through the recent pandemic.
