Health, Safety and Wellbeing Professional of the Future – A panel discussion.

This forward thinking panel session explores what a thriving Health, Safety & Wellbeing profession of the future looks like whilst relating that back to where we are in the here and now. 

They cover topics like: 

  • What does high potential HSW talent look like? 

  • How do we attract young professionals into these roles as a first career choice? 

  • What does building a high performing HSW team entail? What are the unique challenges that come with developing professionals to tackle the ‘W’ in HSW? 

The panel will offer a well-rounded point of view being made up of a progressive HSW team leader, an up-and-coming HSW professional who represents the next generation, and a highly qualified professional coach.

An experienced Board Director for leading FM Company EMCOR UK, Jonathan is responsible for the development and practical application of the organisational strategy for health, safety and wellbeing across the country, also acting in a senior advisory capacity across a number of internal executive leadership teams and is

the chair of our national health & safety forum. NEBOSH qualified and a specialist member of IIRSM , he has a Masters degree in Behaviour Change and am a PhD student studying Organisational Health & Wellbeing.

Keah Forino Joseph graduated university in 2017 and joined Vodafone that year through the graduate scheme, a two-year rotational programme to different areas of the business. Keah joined the Health, Safety and Wellbeing team as a graduate in 2018 for a year placement, before starting her permanent role as Wellbeing Manager in 2018. The past two years Keah has completed her Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology, now working one day a week at a Domestic Abuse organisation for young people.

Kendelle is responsible for the development and delivery of Acre Frameworks. She is a trained psychological researcher with a Master’s degree from King’s College London in Mental Health Studies. She has research expertise in quantitative data analytics with a focus on cognitive and behavioural measures, and clinical expertise in psychological diagnostics and assessment.   

Additionally, Kendelle is certified by CEB to deliver personality and ability testing.

Adé Adeniji is a certified Coach, Group Facilitator, Consultant and Mediator. He is also a Certified Daring Way™ and Dare to Lead™️ Facilitator, programmes based on the research of Dr Brené Brown which explore topics such as vulnerability, courage, shame, and worthiness. Adé has over 20 years experience in human resources and personal development, spanning the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. He was Human Resources Director with Liberty Global Europe, a digital media company, with responsibility for the UK, Netherlands, Spain and Central Europe.
