Safer Highways are delighted to announce that Southamption City Council have become the latest member of the organisation.
The council whose Highways Services Partnership contract has been managed by Balfour Beatty Living Places since 2010 have over the last few years developed a real dedication to digital excellence within the contract, utilising digital tools, such as drones, laser scanning and BIM, across the city.
This type of technology enhances worker safety and improves asset information and decision making, while also benefitting road users and the local economy as a result of fewer road closures and restrictions.
