Safer Highways launches the third in the series of Lunch and Learn Sessions: 'Resilience'
Taking place 12:00pm on 23rd September the 1 hour session delivered in partnership with the Lighthouse Club Charity.
Safer Highways are pleased to announce that as part of its SHL!ve digital week it is to host an online “Lunch and Learn” webinar session. The session will offer attendees a comprehensive overview of coping with stress, pressure, mechanisms and causes. This is a CPD Certified session focusing on how we can build resilience when dealing with stress.
Taking place at 12.00pm on Wednesday 23rd September and hosted by Bill Ford, Lighthouse Charity Club, the 1 hour online session will offer attendees a comprehensive overview of resilience including: how to build resilience and top tips to take away to implement to keep your resilience growing (this session is CPD Certified). The aim of this workshop is to understand what resilience is and, more importantly, what it is not. By attending this session you will:
Discuss and understand how and why different people have differing levels of inherent resilience
Understand the traits of resilient people
Learn some practical tools to build resilience
Learn the benefits of positive thinking.
