Safer Highways launches the second in the series of Lunch and Learn Sessions: 'Coping with Stress'
Taking place 12:00pm on 22nd September the 1 hour session delivered in partnership with the Lighthouse Club Charity.
Safer Highways are pleased to announce that as part of its SHL!ve digital week it is to host an online “Lunch and Learn” webinar session. The session will offer attendees a comprehensive overview of coping with stress, pressure, mechanisms and causes. This is a CPD Certified session focusing on how we can build resilience when dealing with stress.
Taking place at 12.00pm on Tuesday 22nd September and hosted by Bill Ford, Lighthouse Charity Club, the 1 hour online session will offer attendees an overview of coping with stress. The aim of this webinar is to help earn to understand and recognise stress. By attending this session you will:
