Rubber ducks spotted in 'disgraceful' Glasgow potholes as roads riddled with defects

Over two dozen rubber ducks were spotted nesting inside potholes branded "disgraceful" across Glasgow's roads in recent weeks.

They included 25 ducks of various sizes and colours which were propped into the gaping holes plaguing the city's roads. An ordinary duck and a Christmas themed one were found on Chamberlain Road, in the Jordanhill area.

Alison McAdam, who is an admin member on Facebook group Potholes Make Glasgow - which has 14.4k members - decided to place the rubber ducks throughout the city to highlight the sorry state of its roads.
