North Lincolnshire Council is inviting contractors and suppliers to attend a supplier engagement event on 17 March, ahead of the launch of its new Construction and Highways Frameworks.

The event will provide early insight into the upcoming procurement process and give potential bidders the opportunity to learn more about the structure and scope of the new framework before the tender is formally issued.

The council’s existing framework currently delivers around £20 million worth of works each year, and the replacement arrangement will support a similar level of activity while expanding the range of services delivered. The new setup will be organised across three individual frameworks, covering a broad spectrum of construction and highways projects.

Under the new arrangements, the framework will include highway maintenance and surface treatment works, alongside wider highway construction projects.

Designed to replace the current framework, the new agreement is scheduled to run for four years from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2030. It will feature several lots, including civil engineering works, surface treatment, and surfacing projects.

According to tender documents, individual project values are expected to range from £1 up to £3.5 million.
