Drivers in North Yorkshire are being urged to allow more time for their journeys ahead of works on a major road.
National Highways is set to upgrade drainage on the A64, near Crambeck, which they say will prevent standing water on the route.
Work will start on Friday, November 15, and will take place throughout the weekend until the morning of November 18.
There will be temporary traffic lights on the A64 at the junctions at Castle Howard, Station Road and Greets House Road.
"Drivers planning to travel in this area are strongly advised to plan their journeys in advance and allow more time to reach their destination," National Highways said.
They added that their timeline is subject to weather conditions.
