Multevo has been appointed exclusive UK distributor for Finnish manufacturer Wille Machines, expanding its specialist equipment portfolio with a new range of multi-purpose environmental management vehicles.
The agreement will see Multevo supply, hire and maintain Wille’s full range of compact articulated machines across the UK, including the introduction of the fully electric Wille e475Δ model later this year.
Nordic machines enter UK market
Wille Machines, headquartered in Finland, has produced multi-purpose environmental management equipment since the early 1980s, with nearly 9,000 units deployed across Europe and North America.
The machines are designed to combine the loading capability of a wheeled loader with the versatility of a compact tractor platform, supporting a wide range of applications including highways maintenance, grounds maintenance, winter services, construction and site cleansing.
Multevo said the machines are intended to deliver high productivity in both urban and rural environments while offering increased operational flexibility through multi-attachment capability.
Multi-functional design for year-round operations
The Wille range includes six models featuring articulated steering, compact dimensions and multiple attachment mounting points that allow operators to use up to three attachments simultaneously.
According to the article, the machines offer hydraulic output of up to 210 litres per minute and power outputs reaching 143hp, enabling them to undertake demanding year-round operational tasks.
Integrated loading arms and quick-coupler systems are designed to support rapid attachment changes and improve operational efficiency.
The machines are also road legal, allowing transportation between sites without requiring specialist haulage equipment, and can be operated using a standard UK driving licence.
Three years of UK operational testing
Before signing the exclusivity agreement, Multevo carried out extensive in-field testing of the Wille machines over a three-year period within its own contracting operations.
The company said this practical testing process gave confidence that the equipment would deliver benefits including improved productivity, lower lifecycle costs and increased fleet flexibility for UK customers.
Expanded support and service capability
To support the rollout of the new range, Multevo has invested in an expanded centrally located service and parts facility alongside its network of mobile technicians.
The company said the investment is intended to strengthen aftersales support, maintenance provision and fleet servicing capabilities across the UK.
Growing specialist equipment portfolio
The addition of Wille Machines further expands Multevo’s specialist equipment offering, which already includes brands such as Multihog and Mercedes-Benz Unimog.
Multevo marketing and growth director Josh Sweeney said the agreement reflects the company’s continued focus on responding to operational challenges faced by customers in the highways and environmental maintenance sectors.
Meanwhile, Multevo head of specialist equipment Matthew Lang said the Wille range has been designed specifically for demanding four-season operational environments, including streets, parks, depots and estates.
