HTM Move to New Headquarters

Highway Traffic Management have moved to their new office premises, with their headquarters based on the Tyburn Road near spaghetti junction.

The site was originally purchased in 2019 with work officially starting on the transformation in 2021.

“It’s great to finally be at the end of the refurbishment and show our team what their hard work and commitment has achieved,” commented Greg Baldwin, HTM’s Managing Director.

“Creating this new working space for our team is a real flag in the ground. To be able to provide additional benefits for our employees, including an on-site gym and showering facilities, shows where the company is heading and that we’re committed to reinvesting into both the business and our people,” he continued.

Local architects Tyler Parkes acted as lead consultants, supporting the project from initial discussions through to completion and handover, along side HCT overseeing the cost element of the build, with Davlyn Construction Ltd being the chosen contractors to help bring the vision to life.

“It’s a stark contrast to the typical portocabins and office spaces that we’re used to within our industry. We’re looking forward to settling into the new work space and the impact this will have upon our collaborative working,” said Business Director, Marcus Casey.

With phase one of the building work complete, phase two will see the remaining building space transform into an interactive training and mentoring facility which will support increased in-house development as well as double up as a great space for company events and ceremonies.

“It’s been fantastic to witness the transformation of this space, particularly over the last few months where the space has changed dramatically on a weekly basis. We’re looking forward to inviting clients and suppliers to visit the new premises and see the new space for themselves.”
