20 Sponsors commit to Highways Heroes 2022 alongside 9 new sponsors inside 1 week.
After what was a groundbreaking inaugural awards ceremony which took place at the QEII centre on the 2nd December, the Highways Heroes Awards are proud to announce that already 20 of the existing table sponsors have already reiterated their commitment to the 2022 event with a further 9 sponsors already committing for next year's event.
Those who have already expressed the desire to continue their association with the awards come from a broad spectrum of the supply chain and include Balfour Beatty, Morgan Sindall, Amey, ARCO and SRL alongside new organisations such as Vertus, Costain, Mace and Multevo - with Galliford Try confirmed as main event sponsors and National Highways keen to continue as principal supporter.
Recognising the unsung heroes from our sector, the awards are truly unique in that they adopt an ethos where corporate values are put to one side in favour of the individual.
Next year's ceremony will take place at the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, London, on the 7th December.
Speaking about the support for the 2022 ceremony, Safer Highways CEO Kevin Robinson said,
"The Highways Heroes awards reflect the ethos of the broader Safer Highways movement in so much as it is all about the people we put to work every day, and it is amazing to see how our supply chain have taken this to heart.
"Seeing so many organisations commit to next years event inside a week has been phenomenal, possibly, dare I say. ground breaking.
"I want to express my deepest gratitude to everyone who continues to support the awards and also those who, having seen the impact, now feel they should be a part of the event."
The Highways Heroes awards will take place on the 7th December 2022 at the Grosvenor House with nominations opening in April 2022, for more information visit www.highwaysheroes.com
