Lighthouse Industry Charity launches anti-bullying e-learning.
The Lighthouse industry charity have launched an inaugural training aiming to examine the culture of bullying in the workplace.
Taking place on 28th June the online e-learning module will last for a total of one hour.
This Masterclass looks at what is meant by banter and when does it go too far and become bullying, giving examples of this within the construction industry and how this can affect mental health in the workplace. It looks at the actions that can be taken against bullying and how a positive culture can be created in the workplace preventing potential issues from arising in the first place.
