A stretch of the A303 between Stonehenge and Amesbury will be closed for three nights this week to allow resurfacing work to be carried out by National Highways.
The eastbound carriageway and slip roads at the Solstice junction will be shut between 6pm and 6am tonight and on Tuesday and Wednesday (October 14 to 16).
A diversion will be in place via the A345, Portway and A338.
A National Highways spokesperson said: “We’ll soon be returning to finish our resurfacing and improvements on the A303 near Stonehenge and Amesbury.
“This will maintain safety and improve the journey for road users, while preventing the need for unplanned closures.
“Please don't follow your satnav during any closure and check your journey before you travel.
